How it works

Becs McBride Online allows you to practice a range of yoga, meditation,  mindfulness and relaxation practices, 24 hours a day, all year round from anywhere, on any web browser. With one simple monthly subscription you will receive full access to videos and weekly live streamed classes. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, there will be something for you. With classes ranging from 10 minutes to 90 minutes, there is a practice that will suit you, whether you have a little, or a lot of time. Just check out the timetable to see when our next Live event is, and join in.

What do I need?

The best reason to start a home yoga practice is that you don’t need much to begin. Choose, or create a quiet, uncluttered space in your home for your practice, and stock it with any yoga props you may have (mat, blocks, strap, blankets bolster). These props are not essential and you can always use alternatives. Be creative. If you don’t own a yoga mat – a towel will do. Use pillows or cushions as bolsters, and books can replace blocks. The space doesn’t have to be large, but it should be quiet, clean, open, and sacred.

How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see you go, but we totally understand. We’ve made cancelling your membership very easy. If you are subscribed directly through our membership website: 1. Go to My Account 2. Click on Subscriptions 3. Click on Cancel

How do I change my account information?

To change your password or billing information, or to view your current membership plan, log into your Becs McBride Online account and click on My Account. In your account, you can:

  • change password
  • change payment method on file
  • view payment history
  • view membership plan

How much does it cost?

With one simple subscription of £35.00 per month you will gain access to all of the content from Becs McBride Online. Or, receive 2 months free when you buy our annual membership for £350.00.

Can I log in on more than one device?

No, you can only log in to Becs McBride Online from one device at a time.


Supported Devices and Browsers for Live Zoom

To access the Live Zoom Class each week you will need to have access to a browser that is supported by Zoom or the Zoom Desktop, iOS or Android application installed on your device. Visit Zoom to download

Supported Devices and Browsers for Live Events

Our Live feature supports video on most devices that have a modern Internet Browser.


If video playback is not working on your device you can try the following steps.

iOS Devices
Some iOS devices such as iPhone may load a mobile view of our website, you should request Desktop Website to view the live stream.
To do this tap Aa at the top left corner and touch Request Desktop Website

Android Devices
Some Android devises may load a mobile view of our website, you should request Desktop Site to view the live stream.
To do this tap Menu in the top right corner and touch Request Desktop Site

Desktop Devices
Your browser is most likely out of date, you should check you are running the latest version of your browser.

Using a Smart TV

All Smart TVs act differently depending on the software installed by the manufacture which means we are unable to offer individual support for TV playback, you should check your TVs manual on the following issues.

Cookie Errors
All websites require cookies to allow you to log in to your account. If cookies are disabled you will need to enable them. Please refer to your TVs manual to ensure your TV supports browser cookies and how to enable them.

Playback on TV Browsers
Most TV browsers are limited, and they often lack many features of full internet browsers that you find on other smart devices and computers. We recommend using a full browser such those found on a PC, Mac, Smart Phone or Tablet if you have any playback or website issues.

You can also stream your video from your device browser to TV on compatible devices. You should refer to your TVs manual to see if this feature is enabled and supported devices.

Recommended Set Up
We recommend using a full browser such as those found on a PC, Mac, Smart Phone or Tablet and stream your video from your device browser to your TV. You may require additional hardware or software to enable this. For individual set up you should refer to your TV and Device user manuals.
