This 30 minute gentle practice is intended to help you stretch tight hips and shoulders. When we’re feeling stressed or anxious, tension builds up in the body, particularly in the hips and shoulders. Encourage flexibility and mobility while letting go of tightness and any stress you may be holding onto. This practice finishes with a short counting the breath meditation to bring clarity and focus to the mind.
