A 30 minute yoga flow designed to rejuvenate body and mind. Build strength, restore natural flexibility in the body and calm the nervous system making you feel more energised for the rest of your day.

Leave behind the busyness of your day as we begin in Easy Seated Pose (Sukhasana), bringing awareness to the breath. Gently wake up the hips with a soothing forward fold and a twist to wake up the spine. Explore a few rounds of Cat/Cow to release tension in the back and then engage your abdominals in balancing Table Pose (Bharmanasana). Warm up the body with Sun Salutations (Suyra Namaskar) and flow through a sequence of standing poses to energise. Improve posture and strengthen your spine with Locust Pose (Salabhasana). Explore seated postures to ground and centre before finishing with a deep nourishing rest in Savasana.
