About this video
In modern life we spend lots of time sitting which can play havoc with our posture. Over time, poor posture causes some muscles to become overly tight while opposing muscles become weak. This practice can improve lower back pain, balance and posture, preventing injuries in later life.
This 35 minute practice explores poses to improve your posture by opening the shoulders and chest and working on hip flexibility and stability.
