A short tutorial showing you how to practice Ardha Surya Namaskar (Half Sun Salutations). It’s a simple yet foundational sequence which is generally practiced towards the start of a yoga practice in preparation for full Sun Salutations. They are often practiced in sets of five but if you are new to the practice, it may be best to start with 2 or 3 rounds.
